Instead of Attacking Profits President Obama Should Look in the Mirror

Again, when in pain, President Obama loves to play the blame game. Today's attack on the financial banks he helped save is another example of President Obama failing to look at the true cause of the initial financial collapse. Democrats litteraly forced banks to provide loans to people who could not afford the homes they wanted to buy. He and his colleagues refused to pass the regulatory changes President Bush and Republicans wanted the Senate and Congress to pass. Instead, Democrats gave Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac free reign to provide the unsound loans that made the derivative investments they helped create collapse.

Sure, the financial banks and investment firms took advantage of those faulty loans to make immense profits, but it was the Democrats that made it possible. Look in the mirror first, Mr. President. You say now that you will let those who don't make the grade fail. Why didn't you do that before. You are the one that made them "too big to fail," and now you want to tax them instead of encourage them to become successful. You know nothing about running a business. You rail against the profits that make free enterprise possible. Instead of creating optimism in America's future; you keep creating uncertainty and fear of new government taxes and regulations.

Good leaders take more than their share of the blame and less than their share of the credit. This president consistently takes more than his share of the credit and less than his share of the blame and wonders why his poll numbers keep dropping and his party's candidates keep losing.

Keep it up Mr. President. You are turning out to be a dream for Republicans. You are so inexperienced and stuck on the wrong track that Republicans are set to win big in November. By the way, please keep Reid and Pelosi! You are the perfect team to ensure a Republican victory in November.
