After President Obama's incoherent and endless answer to the question on why he is raising taxes during a continuing recession, it's obvious he needs some help.
I've suggested that in a spirit of bipartisan support, that Sarah Palin send him notes on how to write key points on the palm of his hand. He obviously gets lost when a teleprompter is unavailable. With the length of his answers, he may need notes on both hands!
His recent gaffs in coherence make President Bush's misstatements seem insignificant in comparison.
